Some news

We heard from Emily this morning. She let us know that our chosen donor had her AMH blood work done a few days ago, and she got the results in today. The AMH level was "very good", which is GREAT news for us. Now the donor is scheduled to fly into Phoenix on May 8th to meet with my RE and to get her physical exam performed. (This is where he'll do an ultrasound of her ovaries, just to make sure they appear healthy.) Also, I am assuming this is where our RE's nurse will instruct our donor on how to give herself the stim med injections in June. We are excited mostly about the AMH level coming back good, because this means that we won't need to find another donor. Hooray!!
If this process has been teaching me anything, it's patience and to not be such a control freak. I have to just allow the process to unfold on its own, and remind myself that the harder I push for things to get done, it only causes myself stress and anxiety. I have to just keep myself busy until late June.
