I don't have anything new or noteworthy to report, but thought I would drop some sort of line to let the followers of my blog know that all is well with me. I am now 11 weeks along, and feel blessed for every moment of every day that they stay in there. I can't hardly wait until I finally make it past the first trimester, and can finally breathe a little. While feeling blessed, I am also staying realistic about the chances for miscarriage; especially during this first trimester. It's been challenging to wait until my next OB appt (which is next Tuesday) for an ultrasound, to give confirmation that they are both still alive and thriving. I got quite used to weekly ultrasounds from my RE, but once I've transfered to my OB, she has me waiting between my last appt with her until next week, which is a total of 2 weeks. But...I feel good, my morning sickness is still kicking my butt daily (which means that the placenta's are growing, and the hormones are high), and today I have been feeling lots of little flutters in my abdomen. I can only hope that means they're moving around a lot today.
Oh, and Jeff and I gave them nicknames this past week, instead of Twin A and Twin B. They are now being called Bert and Ernie. It makes us giggle. :)
