After what felt liked a very long 2 weeks, we had an OB appointment yesterday. It was the first ultrasound done on my belly, which means we've really progressed...no more vaginal sonograms! :) Both babies are doing great; both heartbeats are going strong. Twin A had a heartbeat of 164, Twin B had a heartbeat of 157. Twin A was doing a "Jersey Shore" fist pump, and was extremely active (as he/she usually is) and Twin B had his/her little hand up to their face, doing something of a dramatic looking swoon. LOL. We are just amazing that as of next week, I am officially into the 2nd trimester already. Can you believe it?? And at our next OB appointment in 2 weeks, we will find out their gender's. So exciting!
I will scan and post the newest ultrasound pics, although they are a bit more difficult to see, as this was done from the vantage point through my belly. I have quite a bit of padding to get through, before they are easily seen at this point.
Oh, and I was beyond thrilled to go maternity clothing shopping last weekend. I am definately showing now. Don't anybody pinch me, because I don't want to wake up from this wonderful dream come true! :)

I don't know why but I'm guessing that there is definitely a boy in there...but not sure if it's one of each or two boys :P
Again, more AMAZING news! I'm happy to keep reading up on the wonderful progress! I'm anxious to hear the gender. Keep taking care of yourself and the little peanuts :)
